Seattle, Washington is the Birth and native homeland of NORTHSTAR's CONCEPTION as a naturalist in the depths of sound as an artform,
born from a love of music and dancing, creating and producing music,came naturally for this uprising beatmaker.

As NORTHSTAR relates to all that surrounds him as inspiration, he recalls;

"I have lived all my life in the Seattle area and truly enjoy the artistic environment it has to offer,
As a trained glass artist I've achieved master status here in 2009. My creative instinct in music kicked in
before I decided to produce my own sound, and now I am creating a listening level of 90-110 beats per minute
so that I could produce a more dance friendly "dub-step" sound with drum sounds at a mid tempo break that
creates a fun atmosphere for a collective dance party.
I have enjoyed pushing the sonic waveflow through bodies at many Festivals, Clubs, Parties and other staged
events accross the entire WEST COAST, from L.A. to the Bay onto Seattle and inbetween..."

ALBUM CONCEPT number one: SHEPARDS DOG 3000

Gamma Cephei (? Cep / ? Cephei), traditionally named Errai, Er Rai, and or Alrai, is a binary star system approximately 45 light-years away in the constellation of Cepheus. Gamma Cephei contains an apparent magnitude of 3.22. The visible part of the system is a stellar class K1III-IV orange subgiant star on its first ascent off the main sequence. It is currently thought to be 6.6 billion years old (based on Fe/H metallicity).[2]

Gamma Cephei is the naked-eye star that will succeed Polaris as the Earth's northern pole star, due to the precession of the equinoxes. It will be closer to the northern celestial pole than Polaris around 3000 AD and will make its closest approach around 4000 AD. The "title" will pass to ? Cephei some time around 5200 AD.

The star has a companion star with a mass approximately 0.409 times that of our Sun.[1] Gamma Cephei B is of stellar mass and is assumed to be of similar age to its primary. It is probably a red dwarf of class M4, 6.2 degrees of magnitude fainter than the K-type primary star.[1]

Gamma Cephei's traditional name derives from the Arabic ?????? ar-ra‘i, meaning "the shepherd". Confusingly, the star ß Ophiuchi is sometimes also called Alrai, but it is more commonly known as Cebalrai or Kelb Alrai, meaning "shepherd's dog".
